RFQ: Avondale Home Improvement Program
The Avondale Development Corporation (ADC) is seeking qualified contractors to join an existing pool of partners supporting home improvement projects in the Avondale neighborhood.
Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), ADC aims to expand its contractor pool to help deliver the City of Cincinnati’s Avondale Home Improvement Program. This program will focus on improving approximately 30 owner-occupied, single-family homes. Selected contractors will work alongside ADC and the City to meet program goals. Contracts will run through October 31, 2027, aligning with the current contractor pool agreements. Learn More Here.
